The Accountant will be responsible for carrying out transaction activities and updating financial records while providing quality service to internal and external clients.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Review and process daily transactions
  • Prepare journal entries and account analysis
  • Daily reconciliation of corporate accounts
  • Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • Credit Card reconciliations
  • File tax forms with local, state, and federal agencies
  • Assist with process and software implementations
  • Assist accounting team members and the Accounting Manager when necessary
  • Ensure all documentation is properly filed and maintained
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of GAAP
  • A team player with a growth mindset who is organized, dependable, and adaptable


Working Conditions:

  • This is a hybrid role. Equipment for remote work will be provided.
  • Willing to travel to headquarters in Seattle, WA, as needed.
  • Team members may attend special off-hour meetings and seminars.
  • The nature of work may include prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

The compensation range may vary based on the candidate’s geographic location.

The pay range for this role is:

68,100 - 98,700 USD per year (United States)
