The Member Solutions Assistant Manager will focus on quality control to oversee the collection process, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, while also managing staff and implementing quality control measures. They are responsible for monitoring collections activities, providing guidance to staff, and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and accuracy. This is an exciting opportunity to bring forth innovative ideas and see those ideas come to life!

Compensation is based on the candidate's geographical location, calculated based on an adjustment factor from Seattle area market compensation.
The pay range for this role is:
33 - 48 USD per hour (US)
