Role Overview:
SecondShop is seeking a Growth Product Manager to join our team and drive the expansion of our user base and revenue. In this role, you will focus on identifying and executing strategies to grow our customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, data, engineering, and product teams to implement experiments, optimize user funnels, and scale growth initiatives.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute growth strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across various channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, data, engineering, and design) to build and optimize user acquisition and engagement funnels.
- Lead the ideation, testing, and iteration of growth experiments (A/B testing, landing pages, pricing strategies, etc.) to maximize user conversion and retention.
- Analyze key growth metrics and customer data to identify opportunities for optimization and refine strategies for scaling growth.
- Monitor and report on the performance of growth initiatives, using data and insights to inform decision-making and adjust tactics as needed.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance features that drive growth, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Develop and maintain customer personas and segments to guide growth-focused product development and marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, growth hacks, and best practices, implementing new ideas and tools to accelerate growth.
- Identify and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress toward growth objectives and deliver consistent results.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in growth product management, growth hacking, or digital marketing with a proven track record of scaling products or services.
- Strong understanding of user acquisition, retention strategies, and funnel optimization in an e-commerce or SaaS environment.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to track and measure growth efforts and user behavior.
- Proficiency in running A/B tests, analyzing results, and iterating on experiments to improve user outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and data teams to implement growth strategies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Creative problem solver with a focus on results, using data to drive decisions and continually improve growth initiatives.
