Role Overview:


SecondShop is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and enhancement of our e-commerce platform. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive business growth. You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure that our product evolves in alignment with customer needs and business objectives.


What you'll be doing:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive the development of new features and enhancements for SecondShop’s e-commerce platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize features that provide the most value.
  • Write detailed product requirements and user stories to guide the development team and ensure the product meets the needs of our customers.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement of the product.
  • Analyze product performance and gather key metrics to assess the success of new features, using data to inform decisions and prioritize future initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders, providing updates on product status, timelines, and performance.
  • Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring the product offers an intuitive and engaging experience for all users.

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a focus on e-commerce platforms or related technology products.
  • Proven experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and iteration.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver on product goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet user needs.
