Role Overview:
SecondShop is seeking an analytical Warranty Mapping Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our warranty operations. In this role, you will be responsible for mapping warranty processes, analyzing data, and creating systems that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our warranty programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process mapping, data analysis, and a passion for delivering operational excellence.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee the mapping and management of warranty policies, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor usage data to assess the impact of warranty programs and drive higher attachment rates for products.
- Analyze warranty policies to identify opportunities for improved coverage or cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze and document current warranty processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement detailed process maps and workflows to standardize and streamline warranty operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, claims, and IT, to align warranty mapping initiatives with business goals.
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in process mapping, data analysis, or a related field, preferably within warranty services or operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to visualize and streamline complex processes.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and present findings clearly.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with warranty programs, e-commerce, or consumer goods is a plus.
