We’re looking for a Unicorn.
Are you a creative powerhouse who loves juggling ideas, teams, and deadlines - all while speaking Arabic fluently? Then you might be the unicorn we’re searching for.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and shape pitches and pitch decks to win new projects
• Drive project development from concept to delivery
• Oversee the entire production process to keep everything on track
• Manage and support our team of producers
• Communicate clearly in Arabic and English across teams and clients

What You Should Be Good At:

• Confidently communicating in Arabic, both spoken and written
• Having experience in creative project management or production
• Staying organized, being proactive, and juggling multiple tasks with ease
• Being passionate about storytelling and working well with a team
• Understanding how social media really works
• Turning brand briefs into viral ideas that grab attention
