We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist for Seen Studio to work across multiple projects for clients. 

Job Overview:


As a Paid Media Specialist at Seen TV, you'll take the lead in managing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others. Working closely with our Studio team, you'll develop, implement, and optimize campaigns designed to strengthen our presence in the entertainment industry. Your main goal will be to boost brand awareness, drive sales, and engage audiences through effective paid media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, Manage and optimize media campaigns across multiple platforms for Seen TV and for clients 
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance closely, using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other reporting software. Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies tailored for clients. Focus on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to maximize audience engagement.
  • Ad Creation & Optimization: Craft compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages designed to captivate the entertainment audience. Continuously A/B test ads to refine performance and achieve optimal results.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and allocate paid media budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective while delivering strong ROI and engagement metrics
  • A/B Testing: Continuously run A/B tests on creative assets, ad copy, audience targeting, and other elements to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and user acquisition.
  • Market Research: Stay on top of media industry trends and digital marketing best practices, incorporating new insights and strategies into campaigns.
  • Audience Targeting: Use advanced audience targeting techniques to engage viewers who align with Seen TV’s content, ensuring that the right ads reach the right people at the right time.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc., ideally within the entertainment, media, or streaming space
  • Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager) to measure and report on performance.
  • Strong A/B testing skills with a focus on optimizing for conversions and engagement.
  • Knowledge of performance metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, and other key KPIs to ensure campaigns are meeting business objectives.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing and entertainment content.
  • Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications (or equivalent) preferred but not required.
