We’re looking for a Unicorn.
We’re looking for a creative and organized Podcast Producer to help bring our episodes to life, from idea to final cut. You’ll handle guest booking, prep the team before recording, and work closely with editors to shape each episode.

What You’ll Do:

• Book guests like experts, talent, and main story subjects
• Pitch episode ideas and suggest format changes
• Prepare scripts and guest bios before recording
• Lead podcast recordings, making sure key points are covered
• Oversee editing of full episodes and shorter cutdowns
• Track and report on podcast performance and analytics

What You Should Be Good At:

• Strong communication and organizing skills
• Running podcast productions from start to finish
• Creative thinking for episode ideas
• Detail-oriented, especially during recording and editing
• Comfortable with data to understand what works
