Search Seen TV on Insta, Snapchat, Tiktok- wherever! You'll see what we do :-)
Full-time | Cape Town
Less than 0.1% of the internet ever goes viral.
The other 99.9% just consume.
But they already have everything.
A 4K camera in their pocket.
Editing apps.
Distribution platforms like Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram.
What they don’t have is how.
How to find a story.
How to frame it.
How to hook someone in the first three seconds.
How to turn lived experience into something that travels the internet.
Seen TV is building a Storytelling Operating System to solve that problem.
We’re looking for a Head of Product to lead the build.
What You’ll Do
Own product strategy and execution for Seen TV’s Storytelling Operating System for Remotely Guided Content. In short- an app by Seen TV.
Build tools that guide people, remotely, to tell better stories. From idea to hook to structure to publish.
Work hands-on with designers, engineers, editors, journalists, and creators.
Ship fast!
Turn messy, human storytelling problems into simple, usable product flows.
Build for scale. Millions of users. Mobile-first. Low bandwidth. Global.
What You Should Be Good At
You have built consumer apps that scaled to millions of users.
You are comfortable hacking together early versions using whatever works. Vibe code the hell out of it if needed!
You understand creators, audiences, and how content spreads online.
You care about storytelling, power, and who gets to be seen and heard.
Important Context
This is not a polished SaaS environment.
We are building while running. The product will be shaped by real creators using it every day.
If you need perfect specs before you build, this is not the role.
Why This Role Matters
This product is how we democratise storytelling power.
If we get this right, millions of people will learn how to tell stories that matter, without needing newsrooms, budgets, or permission.
How to Apply
Keep it sharp and human.

We love AI and use it across the company. But please don’t send a generic, ChatGPT-sounding application. We can tell :-)
If you want to build tools that teach people how to be seen, we should talk.
We are Seen.
Are you?
