The main purpose of the part-time housekeeper is to manage the daily, weekly and monthly tasks to give Chandler a larger capacity to focus on his business.
By freeing up space in his everyday life, you’re allowing him to scale and grow his business thereby impacting a ton of lives.
Any housekeeping that needs to be taken care of during working hours - that do not involve his business - should be taken care of.
This frees up Chandler’s time to work on high leverage activities that drive the company forward...creating growth, jobs, and opportunity for everyone involved.
This person will do general housekeeping such as laundry, unloading dishes, grocery shopping for non deliverable foods, picking up prescriptions, etc.
Daily Tasks:
- Load and Unload the Dishwasher
- Take the trash out (Throughout the house - bathrooms and offices)
- Tidy up the house
- Sweep & tidy up the kitchen
- Check water cooler, refill if needed
- Make beds
- Filter all Mail
Weekly Tasks:
- Laundry & towels for everyone
- Water all plants
- Maintain the external appearance of the home (flower beds, gardens and pool area)
- Wash bed sheets, pillow cases, and make beds
- Deep Clean the house well every 2 weeks
- Tidy the boat house
Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Prep the home for guests (beds/towels/sheets)
- Liase with landscaper
