Function

Responsible for receiving and routing calls, receiving and welcoming visitors, and other administrative tasks at Senné.


Summary:

The Receptionist at Senné is tasked with providing administrative, organizational and clerical support to the firm. They shall work principally from the firm headquarters and work with stakeholders to ensure that the office work environments are conducive to efficient work by staff, and that customers, clients and visitors have a good experience when interacting with the firm. The Receptionist may recommend and develop administrative tools, systems, or policies to improve workplace efficiency and communications. The role is highly visible in the firm’s corporate headquarters and is expected to provide a high level of professionalism at all times.


Job Responsibilities

  • Great guests as they come into office and bring them to the appropriate meeting space

  • Assist in the overall day-to-day administration of a fast-paced office. 

  • Maintain the office’s organization and efficiency, coordinating general office needs, services, supplies, equipment and cleaning. 

  • Provide administrative support to executives and directors.

  • Answer and route phone calls received at the main office. 

  • Assist in monitoring, receiving and organizing reception emails, mail, deliveries, phone calls, lead systems, and accounts in general. 

  • Open and close the corporate office.

  • Maintaining the office cleanliness throughout the day.

  • Maintain back office locking system as necessary  


Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent. 

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work and maintain composure under pressure, 

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.  

  • Proficient in office systems functionality including but not limited to Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Strong customer service acumen 

  • Ability to speak fluent Spanish and English preferred 


Expectation

The Receptionist is a crucial support role for the firm’s corporate headquarters. They shall maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times and work to represent the firm in its best light. The role will require full time office presence during core hours and general availability outside core hours. They should develop strong relationships with all staff and external clientele whenever possible.
