Director of Revenue Operations
We're seeking a Revenue Operations leader to drive scalable, predictable revenue growth across our organization. You'll own the full revenue lifecycle—from lead generation through customer renewals—by optimizing our sales processes, tech stack, and cross-functional workflows. This role requires building the operational infrastructure that connects Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams while establishing data-driven insights for executive decision-making.
Strategic Leadership
● Develop and execute the overall Revenue Operations strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
● Partner with executive leadership (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Customer Success) to drive end-to-end revenue performance.
● Define KPIs and success metrics to ensure predictable, scalable revenue growth. ● Evaluate and implement new tools, systems upgrades, and documentation to support scalability and operational excellence.
Sales Operations
● Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning. ● Optimize pricing, discounting, and deal desk processes for hardware and service bundles.
● Implement effective quota-setting and sales compensation structures. ● Drive efficiency in sales cycles by improving CRM workflows and adoption. ● Marketing & Demand Generation Alignment
● Ensure seamless lead handoff from marketing to sales.
● Train and support GTM teams on CRM and related tools to increase adoption and reduce friction.
Measure campaign ROI and pipeline contribution.
● Build attribution models to optimize marketing spend.
● Support product launches with clear revenue impact metrics.
Customer Success & Post-Sales
● Align customer onboarding, support, and renewal processes to maximize lifetime value. ● Track churn and retention drivers; implement strategies to reduce risk. ● Standardize upsell/cross-sell processes for hardware + software/service bundles. ● Develop health scoring systems for customer accounts.
Data, Systems, and Analytics
● Own the tech stack: CRM, Marketing, Billing, eCommerce, CPQ tools and ERP integration for hardware supply chain.
● Establish a single source of truth for revenue data across sales, marketing, customer success and finance
● Build dashboards and analytics for executive reporting.
● Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance.
Revenue Process Optimization
● Standardize processes across pre-sales, sales, and post-sales teams. ● Map and continuously refine the end-to-end customer journey.
● Introduce automation to streamline order management, quoting, and renewals. ● Align hardware production forecasting with revenue planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Partner with Product on pricing, packaging, and roadmap feedback. ● Collaborate with Finance on revenue recognition, forecasting, and reporting.
● Work with Supply Chain to align demand forecasting with inventory planning.
● Act as a bridge between field teams and back-office functions.
Requirements
● Proven experience (3-5 years) in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Business Ops, in SaaS, eCommerce, or subscription models.
● Hands-on experience implementing/configuring CRM systems and data visualization tools PowerBI, Tableau etc.
● Preferred experience with Zoho, Salesforce, Chargebee, Shopify, and marketing automation platforms.
● Strong analytical skills, problem solving capabilities and comfort building automations, workflows, and custom reporting.
● Track record of cross-functional collaboration, aligning Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business goals into operational systems.
● Passion to build a business from the ground floor and resilience in dealing with ambiguity or friction.
