About the Role:
Are you a motivated sales professional looking to kickstart your career in marketing and sales? We're seeking a talented and driven Jr. Sales Marketing Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building valuable client relationships.
This is an entry-level position with excellent opportunities for growth and advancement. With dedication and hard work, you could be promoted to a Sr. Sales Marketing Strategist within six months, leading to a significant salary increase!
What You'll Do:
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify potential customers, conduct outreach, and qualify them based on their needs and fit.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with prospects and clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Sales Presentations: Participate in sales meetings and prepare engaging presentations.
- Follow-Up Work: Follow up with both hot and cold prospects to maintain momentum and close deals.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- A positive, winning attitude and team-oriented mindset.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Compensation: After a paid training period, this position starts with a base salary of $45,000, plus commission and bonuses. No cap on commissions!
