Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food and smoothie items following established recipes
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest
• Ensure correct portioning and proper temperature standards
• Share knowledge of ingredients, menu items, and pricing with guests
• Use the POS system accurately and assist guests with payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines.
• Support opening, closing, and shift transition procedures.
• Communicate guest concerns or issues promptly to management.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment.
