About the Role:

ServiceUp is transforming vehicle repair management for fleets and insurance carriers, and we’re looking for a Demand Marketing Intern to help drive awareness and engagement with key prospects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, marketing-savvy individual eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B demand generation and sales enablement. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create targeted outreach campaigns, optimize engagement strategies, and leverage tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn to build brand presence and drive demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing demand generation campaigns that drive awareness and interest among target audiences.
  • Use Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn to engage prospects and track interactions.
  • Support outbound marketing efforts by crafting compelling messaging for prospect engagement.
  • Monitor engagement data and provide insights to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Maintain and update prospect interactions in HubSpot, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine audience targeting and engagement tactics.
  • Help develop marketing automation workflows to nurture and engage prospects effectively.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance demand generation strategies.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in B2B demand generation, engagement marketing, and sales enablement.
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Nav is a plus (training provided).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Internship Details:

  • This is a part-time internship (20 hours per week) with the possibility for extension or conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
  • Location: This is a hybrid role based at our HQ in Los Gatos, CA.
