About the Role:


Transport client’s vehicles to and from auto body or mechanical repair shops to client’s locations across the Boston metropolitan area, while using Slack and Onfleet applications to keep all team members updated. Additionally, you will be responsible for a daily morning check in with one or more fleet customers to see if they have cars requiring repairs through us. We specialize in servicing all vehicles, from passenger cars to large cargo vans, so be prepared to drive!


What You'll Do:

  • Ensure the safety of you and the clients’ cars while transporting.
  • Pick up automobiles and greet customers in a professional manner.
  • Check in daily with fleet customers to check for any cars that need repair, and facilitate them submitting to our system.
  • Document vehicle mileage & condition and post in Slack + update Onfleet for every move.
  • Communicate with Service Advocates, Regional Manager(s), dispatch team, and customers to provide the best possible transport experience.
  • Utilize various applications on iPhone or Android to communicate with ServiceUp team.

What You'll Bring:


Required Skills:

  • A Valid Class D Driver’s License
  • Knowledge of the local/state driving laws and regulations
  • Ability to drive and/or operate vehicles up to 14,000lbs GVW
  • Timeliness. Being on time with repair order pick-ups and drop-offs
  • Ability to communicate effectively and frequently with team members

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the roadways in the region
  • Auto repair (body/mechanical) knowledge is a plus.
  • Skills in utilizing a smartphone and required apps.
  • GED preferred.
  • Some college education is preferred.
  • Ability to follow safety signs and follow state regulated laws of the road.
  • You must already have authorization to work in the United States.


This is a Part-Time Contractor Position
