· Lead the development of video communication solutions (e.g., video carts for patient consultation, mobile apps with real-time calling and chat functionality).
· Ensure implementation of federated single sign-on (SSO) applications to enable secure and seamless access across platforms.
· Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate prototyping, debugging, testing, and deployment.
· Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing, distributed engineering organization (U.S.-based and offshore).
· Define career development paths and foster a culture of ownership, excellence, and accountability.
· Partner with HR and recruiting to attract top engineering talent aligned with the company’s mission.

· Serve as a visible technical leader in the healthcare innovation space.
· 10+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years in senior leadership (VP or Director level).
· Proven success in leading teams to deliver scalable SaaS applications (web and mobile).
· Must have hands-on experience building video communication platforms (video carts, mobile calling, chat functionality).
· Must have expertise in implementing federated single sign-on (SSO) applications in enterprise healthcare environments.
· Deep technical expertise across modern web/mobile frameworks, backend systems, and cloud infrastructure.
· Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, and AWS cloud.
