About the Role


Do you want to tackle real-world problems? SewerAI is a fast-growing scale-up eager to bring on a Product Leader with experience in building a product organization, crafting product strategy, and leading a team to drive it forward. We help cities and private businesses manage critical infrastructure in need of repair and maintenance so that pipes do not break and cause harm to the environment and its inhabitants. This Product Leader will build a team that actively engages with our market, identifying key challenges and creating solutions. Our most successful leaders and employees are those who value meaningful impact over incremental optimizations—this is about making a difference, not just refining a search algorithm.


We’re excited about finding the right person! Here’s the experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven leadership as a VP of Product or in a similar role within B2B SaaS
  • Experience in developing and championing product strategy
  • Skilled in recruiting and mentoring product managers and designers
  • Expertise in tracking key metrics and driving effective research
  • Direct engagement with customers to inform product decisions
  • A data-driven approach to prioritize features and measure success

About the role

Location:

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.  In office 2-3 days a week in Walnut Creek CA.


Compensation

$250,000 - $300,000 a year, depending on experience. Plus equity. The compensation range provided is in compliance with state-specific laws. Factors that may be used to determine your actual rate of pay include your specific skills, years of experience, and other factors.
