Field Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Location Preference: Walnut Creek, CA [Hybrid] | Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Field Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to keep our event engine and social channels running smoothly. This person will be responsible for executing logistics across ~60 field marketing events per year, supporting our major trade shows (WWETT, WEFTEC), and transforming raw content into engaging posts for LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Event Logistics & Field Marketing

• Execute logistics for ~60 field marketing events annually, including registration, speaking sessions, booth logistics, swag, print, and sales team coordination.
• Support our two flagship industry events: WWETT and WEFTEC.
• Assist in planning and executing SewerAI-hosted events, happy hours, and (eventually) our Customer Summit.

Social Media & Content

• Maintain the social media content calendar and schedule posts across channels.
• Transform new and existing content into engaging posts for LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Meta.
• Partner with marketing leadership to create social campaigns that tie into product launches, events, and customer stories.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, field marketing, or social media (B2B SaaS or infrastructure industries a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing social content calendars and posting across multiple platforms.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative eye for turning raw content (photos, videos, stories) into engaging posts.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Salary/Benefits

$100,000 - $110,000 a year DOE

The compensation range provided is in compliance with state specific laws. Factors that may be used to determine your actual rate of pay include your specific skills, years of experience and other factors.
