Are you an HVAC student looking to gain real-world experience this summer? Join the Shanklin Heating & Air Conditioning team as a Summer Intern – HVAC Installer. This hands-on internship is designed to give you valuable field experience while supporting your education and preparing you for a career in the trades.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist our experienced install teams with residential HVAC system installations
• Participate in scheduled training and work sessions
• Learn and follow safety protocols and installation best practices
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to gain jobsite knowledge
• Wear a training badge at all times while on the clock

What You Need:

• Active enrollment in an HVAC program (high school or post-secondary)
• Commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism
• Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
