Technical Requirements:

• HVAC Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation.
• Licensing/Certification: Valid HVAC technician license or certification required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading technical manuals.
• Equipment Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, components, and installation techniques.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Physical Abilities: Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
