Starting Wage: $22/hour plus monthly bonus and MOD stipend

In-Person, Full-Time  

Schedule: Choice of 4 or 5 Day Schedule (Weekends Required) 

    Mondays - Fridays: 9:30am - 7:00pm  

    Saturdays: 9:30am - 5:00pm  

    Sundays:  10:30am - 5:00pm

We're looking for: This role is a little different from a traditional sales position. Yes, you'll help customers and earn bonus, but you'll also help support the team day-to-day as a Lead team member. That means helping set the tone on the floor, supporting teammates, and stepping into the MOD role about once a week. You are someone others can rely on.

As a Lead team member, you'll help reinforce that culture by supporting the team, helping newer employees, communicating clearly, and stepping in when needed to keep things running smoothly.


Quick Bonus, No Catch:

Our compensation plan is clear and straightforward. You'll earn a guaranteed $20/hour base wage. From your very first "live" sale, you'll earn bonus (what we call commission) on top of that base salary. You don't have to "earn back" your hourly wage—it's yours to keep, separate from your commission earnings. We pay commission every four weeks, so you get stability with serious earning potential.


Brutal Retail Hours? Think Again! 

You'll have the flexibility of a 4 or 5-day work schedule. Weekends are part of the game, but we value your time. That's why we close up shop earlier on Saturdays and Sundays to give you more quality time outside of work. And Sundays? We even let you enjoy a leisurely morning – we open a bit later so you can have that full Sunday chill you deserve. Plus, you'll have the consistency of the same days off every week – no more constantly rotating schedules!

  • Helping customers design spaces they'll absolutely love. 
  • Providing top-notch customer service from the moment they walk in until well after their delivery. 
  • Supporting teammates and helping maintain a positive, accountable team environment.
  • Serving as MOD on a rotating basis and helping keep the floor running smoothly.
  • Helping answer questions, solve problems, and communicate clearly throughout the day both with customers and internal departments.
  • Tackling tasks like answering phones, doing quick "Buddy Checks," and keeping an eye on open orders. 
  • Growing your skills through open feedback, learning from the occasional oops, and staying in the know about our awesome products.
