Job Summary:


The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting [DG1]  B2B hospitality marketing initiatives in Mexico and the U.S., contributing to the company’s online presence and achieving its business objectives. This role is responsible for executing account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, managing digital advertising efforts, and creating engaging bilingual content for email campaigns, blogs, social media posts, and paid advertisements. Leveraging expertise in search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and audience targeting, the Digital Marketing Specialist will generate leads, engage customers, and maximize the company’s return on investment (ROI).

 

Success in this role requires creativity, technical expertise, and an analytical mindset to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences and produce measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

 


What You’ll Do:

  • Design and execute targeted inbound and outbound B2B lead generation campaigns to attract and convert qualified leads in the Mexico and U.S markets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Plan and implement ABM campaigns, collaborating with the sales team to drive engagement and alignment with sales objectives.
  • Develop engaging bilingual content (English/Spanish) for email marketing campaigns, blogs/articles, social media posts, and paid advertisements, tailoring messaging to resonate with various audiences.
  • Design and optimize digital marketing assets, including landing pages, to enhance user experience, boost engagement, and maximize lead conversions.
  • Manage SEO/SEM efforts, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads), to enhance website traffic and improve search engine visibility.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to provide actionable insights, improve campaign performance, and refine strategies.  
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to streamline ABM campaigns, nurture leads, and improve efficiency.
  • Create and maintain customer journey maps to enhance user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify differentiation opportunities and innovative marketing approaches.
  • Plan and support events such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows, ensuring seamless execution and strategic promotional and logistical support.
  • Assist with press and media relations by drafting press releases, preparing interview materials, and collaborating with PR agencies to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and brand standards.


Minimum Qualifications (knowledge, skills, and abilities):

  • Minimum three (3) years of work experience in B2B marketing or digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and managing successful lead generation and marketing campaigns tailored to engage B2B customers.
  • Ability to work in the office onsite 2–3 times per week[DG3] .
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce professional content and deliver effective communication in both languages.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing automation tools, CRM systems, content creation, email marketing, Google Analytics, and paid social advertising. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to track and interpret marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaign strategies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SEO principles, ABM and SEM strategies, and PPC campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, paired with a customer-centric mindset and business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications/Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B technology companies within the hotel and hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with event planning and promotion for webinars, conferences, or trade shows.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and analyzing touchpoints.
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, or Figma.
  • Familiarity with Zoho tools, including CRM, Analytics, and Campaigns
