About the role
Shipium is at the forefront of simplifying supply chain management. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Lead Product Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our products, ensuring they provide intuitive and efficient experiences for our users while solving complex workflows. We are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on in defining and implementing design solutions that make a tangible impact on our product and users.
Job Summary:
As the Lead Product Designer, you will create and execute solutions to address user experience deficiencies across Shipium's web applications. You will take charge of the design function, leading the creation of seamless, user-centric workflows and experiences. This role involves a combination of strategic direction and hands-on design work, ensuring the end user can easily navigate and configure complex supply chain systems. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and mentor fellow designers as we continue to scale.

The pay range for this role is:
