Founded in 2019 by supply chain technology experts from Amazon and Zulily, the company is on a mission to help every eCommerce company provide its customers a great delivery experience while simultaneously reducing their costs to fulfill orders.


About the role

This position is responsible for developing and managing relationships with companies in the OMS, WMS, TMS space, and others to drive mutual growth and success. This role will expand the Shipium partnership ecosystem and ensure seamless integrations between our platform and our partners’ solutions while driving customer value. Key responsibilities include developing and executing partner programs, building strong stakeholder relationships, recruiting new partners, managing day-to-day partner interactions, collaborating with internal teams, and tracking key performance indicators.


What you'll do

  • Develop and execute strategic partner programs to drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth with Software partners.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Identify and recruit new partners that align with our company's goals and customer needs.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with partners, providing support and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partner integrations and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Consult with the partner regarding their business model to identify areas in which they can leverage the Shipium platform more effectively with their customers.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of partner programs.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies that meet market needs and organizational goals.
  • Present to and influence key stakeholders within Shipium and with partners.
  • Become a trusted advisor to partners for better business outcomes.
  • Consult with partners to identify areas where they can leverage the Shipium platform more effectively.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Shipium products, competitive product lines, and industry trends.
  • Represent Shipium at industry events, conferences, and webinars.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
  • Must have  experience working with a Software company and ISV
  • 4-5 years of experience in a consultative/complex/solutions selling environment, or in a SaaS business development or partnership role.
  • Must be available to travel 30%

190,000 - 215,000 USD per year (US)
