About the role

This position is based out of Seattle, WA-Hybrid role

We’re looking for a results-driven and analytical Senior Financial Analyst who is passionate about turning data into insights that drive strategic decision-making.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis efforts. You’ll work cross-functionally to provide actionable insights, drive process improvements, and contribute to our company’s growth. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strategic mindset to problem-solving.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
  • Analyze financial data, business trends, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to inform business strategy
  • Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership
  • Support monthly close processes and variance analysis
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and tools
  • Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed Initiative & Self-Direction – Proactively identifies solutions, manages time effectively, and takes ownership of work

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • MBA or CPA strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, with at least 2 years in a SaaS or technology company
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

The pay range for this role is:

105,000 - 115,000 USD per year (Hybrid (Seattle, Washington, US))
