Title: Seasonal Selling Supervisor - Full Time
Classification: Non-Exempt
Salary*: $28.00 - $32.00
Location: Nantucket
General Overview:
We are seeking outstanding supervisor for our Nantucket location. A Dôen sales supervisor is essential to the team ensuring a profitable and service minded shop. Responsible for driving client experience, taking initiative, delegating tasks and providing feedback to team members. The sales supervisor works closely with the store manager assisting in leadership duties as called upon.
Responsibilities:
Sales, Client Experience & Clienteling:
● Deliver a thoughtful, elevated, and personalized client experience aligned with contemporary -to-luxury service standards
● Actively sell on the floor, contributing to individual and store sales goals(UPT, AOV, conversion)
● Build, maintain, and grow a personal client book through intentional clienteling efforts
● Proactively follow up with clients via approved communication channels regarding new arrivals, styling recommendations, and events
● Support store-wide clienteling initiatives and appointments-based selling
● Serve as a role model for elevated selling behaviors, product storytelling, and relationship-building
Sales Floor Leadership:
● Support day-to-day sales floor execution and flow during assigned shifts
● Act as a point of support for sales associates when leadership is present or briefly unavailable
● Reinforce service standards, selling behaviors, and clienteling best practices in real time
● Help foster a positive, professional, and collaborative sales environment
Operations & Store Support:
● Open and close the store as needed, including cash handling and end-of day procedures
● Support daily operational tasks such as shipment processing, replenishment, and stockroom organization
● Assist with inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and loss prevention best practices
● Ensure the sales floor is consistently merchandised, organized, and visually aligned with brand standards
● Communicate operational updates, observations, and opportunities to store leadership
Qualifications & Experience:
● 2-4 years experience in contemporary or luxury retail
● Previous senior sales, key holder, or supervisory experience preferred
● Proven strength in clienteling and relationship-based selling
● Strong communication skills with a warm, confident presence
● Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
● Comfortable balancing active selling with operational responsibilities
● Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
