At Sibros, the Business Analyst - Partnerships will play a key role in supporting the partnerships team by managing day-to-day operations, improving processes, and ensuring smooth collaboration with our partners. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on the cutting edge of automotive technology, gain exposure to partner management, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation.
What you’ll do:
- Operational Support: Manage day-to-day tasks for the partnerships team, including updating trackers, maintaining documentation, and ensuring data accuracy across systems. Conduct regular data checks to improve reliability and decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance partner-related processes, using data insights to prioritize and measure improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on partner initiatives and ensure smooth execution of programs.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating partner-facing materials, such as presentations, reports, and proposals, incorporating data insights to support growth and relationship management.
- Data Management & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on partner performance data to uncover trends, drive actionable insights, and optimize strategies. Create simple dashboards to visualize partner pipeline, engagement, and key metrics.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate partner meetings, document action items, and manage follow-ups to ensure effective communication and execution.
- Pipeline Management: Monitor the partner pipeline, track progress, and identify growth opportunities. Use pipeline data to recommend actions that support partner initiatives and drive results.
- Negotiation Support: Support the partnership negotiation process by providing data-backed insights, tracking deliverables, and managing follow-ups to ensure momentum.
What you should know:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Work Ethic: Hardworking, dedicated, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional results.
- Mindset: A self-starter and go-getter who does not settle for ordinary, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all tasks.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Time Management: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Adaptability: Willing to learn, take direction, and help wherever needed with a positive attitude.
- Professionalism: Trustworthy, presentable, and able to represent the company well in all interactions.
