About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who would have a passion for building cashless gaming experiences and products. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. 
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. 
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners. 
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies. 
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements (user stories) 
  • Create and manage backlogs, accept completed stories, and attend other agile ceremonies. 
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. 
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources. 
  • Drive product launches including working with marketing, executives, and other product management team members.
  • Expand network reach, options, cardholders, funding options, international expansion, and unique cashless gaming options.
  • Work with marketing on ways to use the platforms to better cross sell.
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed. 
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
  • Represent the company when conversing with customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
  • Better integrate our core network / production SPAN into external and internal web and mobile applications. 
Qualifications and Education Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar 
  • 5+ years product management experience working with payments or transaction processing. 
  • Experience working with Gaming or Casino industry operators and platforms preferred. 
  • Experience working with payments issuing and/or acquiring platforms preferred. 
  • Working knowledge of payments interfaces and integration protocols a plus 
Required Skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively communicate and direct individuals at all levels both internal and external to the organization. 
  • Ability to work with Product Management software (Aha!) 
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal) 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of personalities and within a remote work setting. 
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills  
  • Excellent time management and prioritizing capabilities  
  • Excellent time management with ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and meet revenue targets.

The pay range for this role is:

170,000 - 190,000 USD per year (United States)
