About the role

Sightline Payments is seeking a high energy, passionate, Product Deployment Coordinator III. The Product Deployment Coordinator works with the Product Deployment team members, Product, PMO, Business Development, Compliance, Accounting/Finance, IT Departments and clients to support client on-boarding into Sightline Payment Solutions and other new products. 

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with client and internal teams
  • Act as a subject matter expert; guide clients through the necessary on-boarding steps
  • Ensure client requirements are vetted with the appropriate internal teams as necessary
  • Ensure the successful execution and deployment of Sightline services
  • Maintain a detailed deployment plan; ensuring clients, vendors and internal teams understand the process and timeline
  • Verification and testing of program settings
  • Submit program materials for approvals to the issuing bank and association partners
  • On-board of card packages with fulfillment partner
  • Manage projects of higher complexity to include the ability to evaluate the client specific needs, identify the key stakeholders, integration partners and develop customized project plans to meet the unique needs of the deployment.
  • Communicate effectively with client contacts to facilitate implementation tasks, follow up and lead regular cadence meetings to capture updates.
  • Coordinate tasks and communicate implementation updates to key stakeholder groups and external partners.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the business, products, and deployment requirements with ability to navigate various areas of the organization to respond to client questions, challenges, or unique requests.
  • Work closely with Product and PMO Teams to support and implement new products or solutions within the Product Deployment process
  • Possess general understanding of the various integration types and assist with coordination of integration efforts, facilitate general questions, and support certification testing efforts 
  • Other projects/duties as assigned by the Director PMO

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 4+ Years of experience in Gaming or Card Issuance, with Project Management or Implementation role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Microsoft Project a plus
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Experience with or knowledge of payments solution
  • Familiarity with Payment Card Industry Standards and Compliance requirements a plus
  • Familiarity with gaming industry a plus
  • Project Management experience

The pay range for this role is:

105,000 - 135,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
