COMMISSIONS ASSOCIATE
As a Commissions Associate on our TruePay Team, you will be responsible for executing on one of our core product offerings. Along with our first-in-industry commissions advance program, we have built a world class commissions management platform that provides unparalleled transparency and insight into advisor compensation.
Your day-to-day will include management of commission payments, fielding compensation questions from financial advisors, and working with financial institutions to make sure we have the most up to date and relevant compensation data. You will also work with our product team to continually improve upon our commissions management platform and support the overall product strategy as we add new products and service offerings. You will play a key role supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting as commissions are a key financial driver of our business.
**We are only considering metro Detroit based candidates for this opportunity, near our HQ and Finance Team.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO
- Own daily operations such as generating commission payments, managing commission cash flow, and maintaining up to date carrier data
- Act as a key point of contact for advisors and respond with a sense of urgency to compensation questions
- Support the TruePay Manager in managing commission schedules and reconciliations
- Collaborate in product development efforts as it relates to our commission management system and commission advance program.
- Assist the broader Signal team in tracking and reporting of KPIs

MUST HAVES
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant finance/accounting role
- Prior commission management or industry experience preferred, not required
- Technologically proficient- Experience with Excel required, experience with Salesforce preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
