We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and customer-centric Director of Advisor Success to join our high-performing Advisor Success team. This individual will play a critical role in both leading and supporting the advisor onboarding experience to foster strong, long-term relationships that drive retention and overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and is excited to guide advisors through a seamless, supportive transition onto the Signal platform—ensuring they feel confident, engaged, and set up for long-term success.
Beyond onboarding, the Director of Advisor Success will shape the ongoing advisor experience by working closely with the rest of the team to connect advisors to the various programs at Signal meant to infuse growth into their scaling businesses. This role is also responsible for managing advisor marketing initiatives, executing unique gifting strategies, gathering advisor feedback, and championing strategies that deepen relationships. As a key advocate for our advisors, the Advisor Success team works cross-functionally across the organization, offering insights and strategic input to help develop programs, products, and experiences that elevate the overall customer journey.

Signal Advisors is a remote company with team members all across the country. Over the years, we’ve realized the benefits and limitations of being fully remote. In order to foster culture and innovation that best serves our customers, a portion of our team is hybrid depending on their location. For this role, we require team members to be physically located in Detroit, or surrounding suburbs, or near one of our “Signal Hubs” across the US.

The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
