Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Pitch: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and following up on inbound leads.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with new prospects and maintain excellent rapport with existing clients.
- Present Solutions: Understand customer needs and deliver compelling presentations or product demonstrations that highlight our value.
- Close Deals: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
- Manage Pipeline: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales pipelines, and forecasts using our CRM system.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. A proven track record of hitting sales targets is a major plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional listener and communicator, both verbally and in writing. You know how to tailor your message to your audience.
- Drive & Resilience: Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to handle rejection with a positive, "keep moving forward" attitude.
