Job Title: Product Lead – Integrations


Location: Remote or California Central Valley (preferred)

Compensation: $70,000

Reports To: Product Director


About the Role


We’re seeking a Product Lead to lead the vision and roadmap for the integrations work area of a labor management platform serving the produce and agriculture industry. This role will oversee the development of field and workforce management tools and integrations that help growers, harvesters, and packer-shippers manage labor efficiently, ensure compliance, and drive profitability across complex, seasonal operations.


You’ll own the strategy and execution for integrations with ERP, accounting, and payroll systems. Ideally, the right candidate is familiar with agricultural field operations and understands how integrated technology can simplify complex labor processes.


Key Responsibilities


Product Ownership: Define and execute the product strategy for Silo's integrations focus with 3rd party tools


Cross-System Integration: Collaborate with ERP and payments product teams to create a unified experience from field data collection to financial reconciliation.


Compliance & Efficiency: Lead initiatives that help customers manage wage/hour compliance, piece-rate calculations, and seasonal workforce reporting.


Market Insight: Research competitors and evolving labor laws in agriculture to anticipate customer needs and maintain compliance advantage.


Customer Engagement: Conduct discovery sessions and field visits with growers, labor contractors, and packer-shippers to validate roadmap priorities.


ROI-Driven Roadmap: Prioritize development efforts in your work areas that deliver measurable operational and financial impact in conjunction with other product focus areas.

Qualifications


3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in workforce or labor management, ag-tech, ERP systems or particular experience integrating systems with 3rd party vendors.


Understanding of agricultural operations, seasonal labor models, and compliance environments (e.g., H-2A, piece-rate) or a strong desire to be curious and learn.


Demonstrated success delivering software products that integrate 1st party and 3rd party software stacks.


Strong ability to translate customer insights into clear product requirements and ROI-focused initiatives.


Excellent organization and project management skills; capable of working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and field operations to drive product results.


Experience in SaaS or mobile-first product design, ideally with experience in modern application development approaches.
