JOB SUMMARY


As a Senior Accountant, you will join our local team but work closely with the United States headquarters. We will expect this position to be hybrid with three days per week in the office.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES; include but not limited to: 


  • Manage all aspects of accounting functions from including, but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, payroll, general ledger, and taxes. 
  • Prepare and submit journal entries to headquarters for review in a timely manner. 
  • Ensure proper accounting for inter-company activities, foreign currency transactions, balances, and revaluations. 
  • Prepare and submit AE and sales representative commissions to headquarters. 
  • Prepare and submit to headquarters a weekly cash report with cash flow forecast.  
  • Prepare and submit to headquarters a weekly accounts receivable report with an explanation of aged receivables, if any. 
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare flux analyses regularly. 
  • Coordinate with external payroll service provider on payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payroll distribution and payroll regulatory filings. 
  • Manage relationships with the external tax service provider to ensure compliance with local tax jurisdiction such as equity-based compensation, quarterly VAT filings and corporate income tax returns. 
  • Manage and support external and internal audits.  
  • Ensure that all internal controls and procedures are being followed, including walkthroughs and process improvement associated with the risk controls self-assessment (RCSA). 
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis, reports, and special projects as necessary. 
  • Some admin tasks, as required on an ad hoc basis. 

 Qualifications AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field. 
  • CPA with public accounting experience is preferred. 
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive accounting experience working with a publicly traded software or SaaS company. 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Floqast, Salesforce, Sage Intacct or Netsuite is a plus. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in English communication. 
  • Exceptional judgment, analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative and collaborative approach to addressing issues and opportunities. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with headquarters.

All Silvaco salary ranges are determined by role, level and geographic location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training and additional role-related considerations. 

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of total compensation package, in addition to full range of medical, financial and other benefits.
