JOB SUMMARY 

 

Successful candidate will be responsible for creatingdeveloping, and closing opportunities to meet Silvaco’s booking and revenue targetsCandidates will be expected to hunt for new logos opportunities as well cultivate existing customers. The potential hire will need to be versed or capable to learn all the product offerings and be able to articulate a winning proposal. Some Global account management experience would be helpful but not necessary. 

The account manager's primary responsibility will be to manage his region to achieve his booking quota.  

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES; include but not limited to: 

 

  • Build accurate and executable forecasts by generating and qualifying a pipeline of leads from new accounts and user groups or from additional products within existing accounts. 

  • Develop and implement relationship strategies with key company executives to win orders. 

  • Propose overall Silvaco’s unique values and execute competitive strategies to beat competition in helping solve customer challenges and issues. 

  • Coordinate with and align account managers and field application engineers and other resources on sales campaigns as a sales representative at the Headquarter site. 

  • Partner with Application Engineering, Product Marketing, Development, and other departments to grow our business and contribute value to target account. 

  • Manage and solve concerns of clients to deliver value in prompt manner. 

  • Own sales opportunity campaign progress and updates to Customer Relationship Management system. 

  • Leverage company-wide resources to expand vertical and horizontal footprints. 

  • Effectively use Services resources to uncover services opportunities when applicable (for example, Process Design Kits, specialized enhancements, flow development, outsourcing work, etc.). 

  • Meet or travel to clients and fellow colleagues on site, zoom or other meeting collaborative software.  

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 

 

  • BSEE or equivalent is desired. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills necessary.  

  • Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve client needs.  

  • Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple clients and tasks.   

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to support trade shows and conferences as needed. 


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 


  • Located on Western US preferred. 

  • Experience in semiconductor industry preferred.  

  • Experience working with a CRM System such as Salesforce 

  • Experience in international and remote team building preferred. 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 


  • Prolonged periods of sitting 

  • Prolonged periods of typing 

  • Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers 

  • Ability to lift (up) to 15 pounds at times

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $89,600-112,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations. 

 

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
