Business Support Administrator

Oasis Senior Advisors is seeking a highly motivated and technologically proficient Business Support Administrator to join our team in Hendersonville, TN. This position is pivotal in scaling our digital lead platform. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of proficiency in software tools, specifically excel and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Invoice Collections:

      Oversee and manage invoice collection processes, ensuring timely follow-ups and payments.

      Maintain accurate records of transactions and provide regular financial reports.

  1. Lead Distribution:

      Support managers to distribute leads to appropriate Regional Advisors promptly and accurately.

      Monitor connection rates, speed to contact and response time of Regional Advisors.

  1. Data Entry:

      Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accurate profiles for senior living communities.

      Regularly review community profiles for accuracy and completeness.

      Respond to inquiries from Regional Advisors on senior living community profiles in customized CRM system.

  1. Reporting

      Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and report data efficiently, including but not limited to providing customized commission reports for Regional Advisors.

      Leverage other office tools and software to improve operational workflows.

Qualifications:

      2+ years of experience within senior living industry

      Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced office environment.

      Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and formula creation.

      Exceptional technical skills and ability to learn new software quickly.

      Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

      Strong written and verbal communication skills.

      Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.

      Enjoys helping others, specifically seniors and their families.

Education:

      High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
