Position Summary


Sketchy is looking for a Nurse Practioner Sales Specialist who will play a critical role in advancing DDx by Sketchy and Sketchy’s core business within Nurse Practitioner programs. Reporting to the VP of Institutional Partnerships, this role combines clinical expertise with strategic sales and CRM management to build and nurture relationships with academic institutions. You’ll manage the sales pipeline, engage in conference representation, and provide essential insights to ensure that Sketchy’s solutions align with the evolving needs of Nurse Practitioner education.


Sketchy is hiring remote employees in these select US states: California, Colorado, Florida, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, and Washington!


Responsibilities: 

  • Drive Sales Strategy and New Business Development
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential academic clients, focusing on expanding the adoption of Sketchy and DDx within Nurse Practitioner education.
    • Identify and convert new business opportunities into long-term clients, contributing to Sketchy’s revenue goals and growth strategy.
  • Sales and CRM Management
    • Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and ongoing account management.
    • Keep accurate records of all client interactions, maintaining a robust and organized CRM that supports clear business forecasting and reporting.
    • Generate and analyze regular sales performance reports, ensuring insights are shared with the Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to support strategic adjustments and align efforts.
  • Pipeline Development and Lead Nurturing
    • Develop structured outreach strategies for potential clients, transforming leads into loyal, long-term partners by delivering compelling presentations and product demos that align with their program goals.
    • Ensure timely follow-up with leads to build strong relationships and increase conversion rates at each stage of the sales pipeline.
  • Product Expertise and Customer Advocacy
    • Become a subject matter expert on Sketchy and DDx, conducting product demos and highlighting its value for nurse practitioner programs.
    • Engage in ongoing relationships with customers to foster loyalty, encourage renewals, and grow enterprise accounts, positioning Sketchy’s offerings as indispensable to nursing education.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner with experience in clinical practice and/or healthcare education.
  • 5+ years in sales, customer success, or CRM-driven roles preferred. 
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot); experience with sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to conferences, educational events, and client meetings.

Salary Range

$100,000 - $120,000 plus generous sales incentive opportunity.
