  • Proactively manage task and assignment workflows across all content programs, maintaining clear tracking, prioritization, and communication throughout the production pipeline.
  • Establish, optimize, and maintain content operations processes, including cross-team handoffs, operational documentation, guidelines, and templates that support scalable production.
  • Utilize tools such as Airtable, spreadsheets, and workflow trackers to drive transparency, organization, and efficient project execution.
  • Provide clear reporting on content progress, resourcing, risks, and timelines to internal stakeholders and program leadership.
  • Review learner and SME feedback—through comments, surveys, focus groups, and other channels—and recommend or execute content updates as needed based on input, science changes, or evolving style guides.
  • Partner with team leads to identify, onboard, and support the resources (people and tools) necessary to meet production goals.
  • Solve operational problems, clear blockers, and guide team members and stakeholders with strong content operations and project-management practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extremely process-oriented and able to continuously identify opportunities for process improvements to become increasingly efficient and cost-effective
  • Highly organized manager with strong administrative skills

  • Experience working with and developing workflows in Airtable
  • Willingness to manage up and across, politely but firmly
  • Ability to track work against multiple priorities and manage a complex production schedule

  • Ability to learn new techniques, skills, and tools on the job
  • Comfort and mastery with collaboration in a remote-workforce environment
  • Eager attitude for working with cool people to make awesome new things
  • BA or similar degree in a relevant field
    • Certification in project management systems (e.g., PMP) and copyediting experience preferred, but not required
