Position Summary

Sketchy is looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI to join the Product team! This person will report directly to our CPO and play a key role in helping define and expand our AI capabilities within Sketchy’s core products

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to design and shape interactions across the entire clinical process, creating immersive and realistic experiences that prepare medical students for real-world situations. Leveraging advanced generative AI techniques, you will drive the development of scalable and optimized content generation processes, ensuring students gain the knowledge and practice they need to excel. Responsibilities:

• Lead innovation in Generative AI to design and implement immersive clinical learning experiences that replicate real-life medical scenarios.
• Develop and iterate on proofs of concept (POCs) using advanced prompting techniques and multiple AI agents to create scalable and impactful learning tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to transform POCs into robust, production-ready solutions that enhance Sketchy’s core product offerings.
• Define and maintain a transparent product roadmap that leverages conversational AI to elevate user engagement and outcomes.
• Analyze the competitive landscape of AI-driven learning and assessment platforms to inform strategy and maintain a cutting-edge approach.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of your AI-driven initiatives.
• Communicate execution strategies and progress updates clearly and effectively to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve roadmap milestones, ensuring alignment and execution without reliance on formal authority.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on Generative AI products or edtech solutions.
• Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) and applying advanced prompting techniques to optimize outcomes in real-world applications.
• Strong understanding of the generative AI ecosystem, including familiarity with models like GPT, Llama, Claude, or similar technologies.
• A proven ability to design scalable learning and assessment experiences, particularly in fields requiring high degrees of realism and immersion (healthcare or similar domains preferred).
• Strategic and detail-oriented thinker with demonstrated success turning high-level visions into actionable roadmaps and deliverables.
• Proficiency in agile development methodologies, with hands-on experience driving cross-functional teams toward ambitious milestones.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a knack for conveying complex ideas in a clear and compelling way to diverse audiences.

Preferred but not required:

• Background in clinical education, healthcare, or similar domains that require understanding complex workflows.
• Experience scaling content creation processes using generative AI or other advanced automation techniques.

Salary Range

$175,000-$200,000
