The Global Enablement Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategic enablement programs to increase field performance and efficiency. They will partner cross-functionally to deliver high-impact initiatives aligned to business priorities, providing the revenue team with tools, content, and training that drive measurable performance improvements. They will play a critical role in aligning go-to-market functions and field readiness with Skillable's global objectives. 


Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Revenue, and Operations to co-create enablement programs aligned with business and field objectives. 
  • Define and operate strategic initiatives through the Enablement Center of Excellence. 
  • Act as the primary liaison between enablement and other departments to ensure seamless execution. 
  • Advocate for field and customer needs in program design. 
  • Develop and execute enablement plans based on data-driven insights and business priorities. 
  • Design, implement, and scale global enablement initiatives and sales training. 
  • Deliver learning experiences through virtual live facilitation, utilizing Subject Matter Experts. 
  • Own messaging certification and rollout strategies. 
  • Provide thought leadership on sales methodology and sales readiness best practices. 
  • Partner with People Success on leadership enablement. 
  • Build and manage enablement programs to improve sales effectiveness and productivity. 
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify performance gaps and implement targeted solutions. 
  • Provide tools, resources, and training to support field success.
  • Develop and implement sales plays aligned to customer lifecycle and journey mapping. 
  • Analyze sales processes and customer journeys to identify friction points and automation opportunities. 
  • Streamline workflows in partnership with Revenue Operations. 
  • Support systems integration and GTM tool implementation to enable sales at scale. 
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams to support cross-functional programs. 
  • Report on key enablement metrics and program performance. 
  • Support and promote the company values through positive interactions with both internal and external partners and customers on a regular basis. 
  • Other strategic business initiatives or cross-functional project involvement as required. 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, learning,) or equivalent experience 
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Enablement, Sales, Sales Programs, Sales Management, or Learning & Development at a B2B company, preferably in the SaaS space.
  • 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects 
  • Demonstrated success designing and delivering enablement programs that drive measurable business outcomes 
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies 
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills 
  • Ability to lead through influence across departments 
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills in both live and virtual formats 
  • Data-driven with ability to extract insights and measure impact 
  • Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities 
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities 
  • High level of attention to detail and follow-through 
  • Familiarity with enablement technologies (LMS, CMS, CRM, Sales Readiness platforms) is a plus 

Salary Range 


The base salary for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually. This range does not include at plan potential for commissions and/or quarterly upsides. This role is not eligible for Skillable’s corporate bonus plan. Consistent with applicable laws, compensation will be determined based on the candidate's level, relevant skills, qualifications, and experience along with requirements for the position and annual financial plans. 


Skillable is a distributed first team with employees working across the U.S., and we do not consider geography when determining compensation ranges. 


Please note that it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. Skillable reserves the right to modify this compensation range at any time. 


Pay range and current benefit offerings are effective for 90 days from posting date.  Standard employment offerings are subject to potential change upon periodic review and analysis, at the discretion of Skillable.

Working Conditions:  


The job conditions for this position are in a remote home office setting, requiring a space that supports privacy and focus to attend to regular and frequent video and voice calls. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Periodic travel may be required equaling up to approximately 10% of the time.
