About us
Sleuth is building a modern, agentic, and intelligent decision-making platform for the biopharma and life sciences industry. We’re using AI to automate workflows and deliver crucial insights and bespoke reports that answer our users’ critical questions about their investments.
You should join us, because:
- Traction. Multiple top-25 pharma customers signed; we compress enterprise deal cycles from months to weeks and are already generating meaningful, early-stage revenue.
- Frontier technology. Work on cutting-edge AI, knowledge-graph, and agentic systems that tackle high-impact problems for companies shaping global health.
- Well-capitalized. Backed by premier investors and fully funded to scale aggressively over the next several years.
- High-velocity ownership. Small, fast-moving team where you’ll wear many hats, ship frequently, and own projects end-to-end.
- Talent density & culture. Collaborate with exceptional colleagues in a low-ego, supportive environment that values autonomy, growth, and thoughtful work.
About the role
As our first Go-to-Market Architect, you’ll own Sleuth’s entire growth engine - from first touch to closed deal. You’ll design and run a portfolio of experiments across every acquisition channel (content, outbound, events, partner co-marketing, PLG loops, website A/B tests) and turn promising signals into scalable playbooks. Think of yourself as a full-stack growth hacker: one week you’re hacking a conference presence to generate 50 qualified leads, the next you’re rewriting landing-page copy and wiring up attribution dashboards to prove ROI. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to craft narratives, spin up microsites or tools, and surface the insights that hook biopharma decision-makers. Success for this role is simple: predictable, compounding pipeline and ever-improving conversion rates across the funnel.
What you'll do
- Own the growth roadmap. Prioritize high-leverage experiments, set OKRs for acquisition, activation, and retention, and iterate ruthlessly based on data.
- Run channel sprints. Test and scale outbound email, paid social, content syndication, SEO, referral loops, and conference tactics - then codify winning playbooks.
- Instrument & analyze. Build full-funnel analytics (HubSpot, GA, SQL, or your stack of choice), define leading indicators, and share clear growth dashboards weekly.
- Hack events & partnerships. Craft scrappy conference strategies, co-marketing swaps, and integration partnerships that amplify reach without bloated spend.
- Continuously optimize the site. Launch A/B tests on messaging, pricing pages, and signup flows; collaborate with design/engineering to ship iterations fast.
What we’re looking for
- 4–7 years driving B2B SaaS growth with demonstrable wins across multiple channels - comfortable owning acquisition targets from zero to $10M + ARR.
- Track record of building data pipelines, running multivariate tests, and turning insights into repeatable GTM processes.
- Creative, resourceful, and scrappy: you’ve hacked conferences, cold-email engines, and product-led funnels - and can cite the metrics to prove it.
- Fluent in the modern growth stack (marketing automation, attribution tools, Webflow/WordPress, basic SQL, Figma for mockups).
- Low-ego collaborator who can translate technical ideas into compelling narratives - and thrives in the ambiguity and pace of an early-stage startup.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation and meaningful equity, full healthcare benefits with generous employer contribution, and flexible hybrid/remote work setup.
- Hands-on experience at the frontier of AI, building agentic systems that don’t just support but transform how insights are generated and applied.
- An opportunity to directly partner with leading biopharma companies and see your work shape how this industry makes billion-dollar decisions using our software.
The pay range for this role is:
147,000 - 188,000 USD per year (Hybrid (Los Angeles, California, US))
