WHO YOU ARE

You’re a thoughtful, proactive HR professional who thrives on balancing strategy and execution. You bring a deep understanding of HR practices and employment law, a passion for cultivating inclusive work environments, and a professional presence that earns trust.


You’re equally comfortable managing compliance and performance as you are planning employee engagement initiatives and supporting team development. You see HR not just as policy—but as a strategic lever to shape culture, drive growth, and support people.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in human resource management
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management, organization, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new HRIS and talent systems
  • SHRM-CP certification a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Post Falls, ID prior to start

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As HR Partner, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the HR function—serving as a trusted partner to leadership, a resource for team members, and a proactive steward of culture and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead recruitment and hiring processes for open roles, in partnership with department managers
  • Conduct interviews, background checks, and employee eligibility verifications
  • Oversee new hire onboarding and orientation programs that reflect our brand and culture

Performance & Development

  • Facilitate timely and constructive performance reviews
  • Track employee training, certifications, and compliance requirements
  • Support employee development plans and career growth conversations
  • Coordinate internal training, employee recognition, and engagement programs

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage employee relations inquiries and escalate sensitive matters as needed
  • Attend and support disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and policies
  • Monitor evolving HR trends and recommend process improvements

Culture & Strategic Support

  • Champion our core values in all aspects of HR operations
  • Act as a culture-builder and resource for team members across locations
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support organizational goals and growth

Compensation & Incentives

  • $55,000–$65,000 salary
  • + 10% Incentive pay based on performance

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • Weekend availability on occasion
