Must Haves:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge
  • Experience in maintenance, construction, or a related trade is a plus
  • Physically able to lift 50+lbs, work on ladders, and perform manual labor
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Comfortable driving between sites and managing time/travel independently

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Field Technician, you’ll provide essential support across multiple locations in the Spokane/CDA market —keeping facilities and equipment safe, clean, and client-ready. Your work minimizes downtime, resolves safety concerns, and helps maintain the seamless service experience our clients rely on.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment & Facility Maintenance

  • Perform regular maintenance and deep cleaning of sunbeds, spa equipment, filters, acrylics, and more
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to spray booths, float pods, sunbeds, HVAC, and general facility systems
  • Complete minor plumbing and electrical repairs (e.g., leaking faucets, ballasts, outlets)
  • Conduct general carpentry and cosmetic repairs such as drywall patching, painting, or fixture replacement
  • Execute preventative maintenance tasks according to schedule and departmental standards
  • Accurately document repairs, time tracking, and maintenance logs

Route Management & Autonomy

  • Plan daily routes efficiently to reduce drive time and increase productivity
  • Ensure all necessary parts, tools, and equipment are prepped before leaving for the day
  • Prioritize competing work requests by urgency and safety impact
  • Work independently across multiple sites while maintaining communication with managers and salon teams

Support & Special Projects

  • Assist with equipment installation, salon openings, and event setups/teardowns
  • Participate in special projects, facility upgrades, or brand rollouts
  • Maintain OSHA compliance and safe working environments with proper PPE
  • Leave each site cleaner, safer, and more functional than when you arrived

Schedule & Travel

  • Full-time, 8-hour shifts
  • Monday–Friday (some weekends or extended hours as needed)
  • Occasional out-of-town travel (up to 10%)
  • Ability to commute reliably to service multiple sites
