WHO YOU ARE

You’re a detail-driven operational leader with a strong technical background who understands that maintaining excellence today is what powers scalable growth for tomorrow. You take full ownership of your domain—proactively identifying and implementing opportunities to improve, repair, and elevate operations.


You’re not afraid to be hands-on in the trenches—diagnosing issues and fixing them fast to minimize downtime (under 24 hours), all while maintaining brand standards and a safe, clean, client-ready environment.


You also bring a project management mindset, excited to lead new location builds from planning through operational launch, ensuring consistency and excellence at every touchpoint. You inspire those around you, lead by example, and help us scale with systems, precision, and pride.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years in facilities management, ideally in spa, wellness, hospitality, or multi-unit operations
  • Strong technical understanding of spa, tanning, and wellness equipment and maintenance protocols
  • Project management capabilities, especially in coordinating build-outs and new openings
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on work with OSHA-required PPE
  • Proficient in Google Suite and facilities operations tools
  • Ability to travel locally up to 75%, with occasional out-of-town travel for new market support

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Facilities Manager, you’ll own the performance, safety, and operational readiness of every Slick Rock location—ensuring flawless client experiences and efficient back-end systems. You’ll also serve as a key leader supporting growth and expansion projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee regular maintenance and repair of all spa and tanning equipment (beds, spray booths, float pods, saunas, etc.)
  • Manage daily and preventive upkeep for facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance
  • Coordinate workflow scheduling and task prioritization for the service and facilities team
  • Maintain inventory of parts and supplies to ensure zero delay in service delivery
  • Keep detailed records of warranties, inspections, service contracts, and regulatory documentation

Growth & Expansion

  • Provide end-to-end project management support for new location builds—including vendor coordination, equipment installs, and operational readiness
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to prepare for site launches and rollouts
  • Partner on capital improvements, upgrades, and space optimizations that enhance client experience and efficiency

Leadership & Optimization

  • Supervise, train, and mentor service team members
  • Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback and evaluations
  • Drive initiatives to reduce costs, improve energy efficiency, and streamline operations
  • Respond to emergencies quickly and effectively with pre-established protocols

Compensation & Incentives

  • $50,000–$65,000 base salary
  • 10% performance-based incentive compensation

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
  • Occasional weekends or extended hours as needed

Travel

  • Local travel (Spokane / Coeur d'Alene area): up to 75%
  • Out-of-town travel (new markets): up to 10%
