On-Site Support Specialist

About the Role

Serve as the first point of contact for Slick Rock clients while supporting client experience, retention, and revenue growth. You’ll handle high-volume inbound and outbound communication, appointment scheduling, sales support, and follow-up while maintaining accurate records and delivering consistent, professional service.

This is an on-site HQ role ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced client interaction, problem-solving, and performance-based work.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally within service level agreements
  • Manage client communication across phone and email
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate client records
  • Deliver personalized, service-driven support on every interaction
  • Support sales conversations, retention efforts, and follow-up activities
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly KPIs, including:
    • Average answer time
    • Ticket Service Level Agreement
    • Decline-due collections
    • Cancellation call retention
  • Build trust and rapport quickly with clients
  • Contribute positively to team culture, performance, and brand reputation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (call center, hospitality, retail, or similar)
  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Calm, professional demeanor when handling stressed or upset clients
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Comfort working in a performance-driven environment

Technical proficiency with:

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
    • CRM systems (HubSpot)
    • Call tracking / project management tools
    • POS systems
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
