Pay: $22–$24/hr + 10% incentive compensation
Team: You + one technician
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm (occasional flexibility for extended repairs, special projects, or rare weekend needs).
Optional 4x10 schedule may be available based on business needs and team coverage.
Territory: Spokane + North Idaho (company van provided)
About the Role
Lead a small, dependable service team while staying hands-on in the field. You’ll schedule and prioritize work orders, perform advanced repairs, manage inventory, and ensure equipment across all locations stays reliable and ready for clients.
What You’ll Do
- Review, prioritize, and approve work orders
- Schedule work for yourself and your technician
- Perform advanced mechanical/electrical repairs
- Troubleshoot escalated issues and hardware/device problems (drivers, peripherals, LAN-connected devices)
- Order and manage parts inventory (lamps, filters, valves)
- Plan preventive maintenance cycles (e.g., relamps, details)
- Create simple SOPs for recurring repairs/processes
- Report downtime trends to the Director of Operations
- Conduct bi-weekly 1:1s with your technician
