Lead Field Service & Maintenance Technician

Pay: $22–$24/hr + 10% incentive compensation
Team: You + one technician
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm (occasional flexibility for extended repairs, special projects, or rare weekend needs).
Optional 4x10 schedule may be available based on business needs and team coverage.
Territory: Spokane + North Idaho (company van provided)

About the Role

Lead a small, dependable service team while staying hands-on in the field. You’ll schedule and prioritize work orders, perform advanced repairs, manage inventory, and ensure equipment across all locations stays reliable and ready for clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Review, prioritize, and approve work orders
  • Schedule work for yourself and your technician
  • Perform advanced mechanical/electrical repairs
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues and hardware/device problems (drivers, peripherals, LAN-connected devices)
  • Order and manage parts inventory (lamps, filters, valves)
  • Plan preventive maintenance cycles (e.g., relamps, details)
  • Create simple SOPs for recurring repairs/processes
  • Report downtime trends to the Director of Operations
  • Conduct bi-weekly 1:1s with your technician
