Must Haves:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred
  • Computer savvy and confident using Google Suite / MS Office
  • Physically able to stand, move, and lift up to 30 lbs

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Spa Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of the salon—welcoming clients, building relationships, and guiding them toward services and products that help them shine.

Your Daily Mission:

  • Greet clients with warmth, listen intently, and personalize every interaction
  • Match clients with the best wellness and membership plans
  • Hit daily KPIs like Per Client Average and Member Conversion %
  • Introduce retail products, events, and upgrades
  • Uphold our 100% Cleanliness Guarantee across every area
  • Enforce sunbed safety protocols with confidence and care
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold brand values
  • Stay coachable, enthusiastic, and always ready to learn
  • Jump into additional responsibilities as needed

Pay & Perks

  • $16–$18/hr DOE + Commission

Schedule Options

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Flexible options: 3, 4, or 5 days per week
