Reports to: Director of Operations
Compensation:

• $60,000–$65,000 base salary
• Uncapped incentive compensation (OTE an extra $10,000–$30,000/yr)
• Company vehicle: Tesla Model 3
• Cell phone allowance

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-integrity, people-first, results-driven leader to oversee sales and operations across six Slick Rock locations. You’ll coach Spa Managers, develop strong teams, drive revenue, and ensure every location meets our service and operational standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach Spa Managers to hit sales and performance goals
• Drive revenue, client retention, and profitability across the district
• Ensure operational excellence and consistency in every location
• Review KPIs and guide managers to improve results
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, and labor management
• Partner with marketing on promotions and events
• Support problem-solving for equipment, staffing, or service issues
• Build leadership capabilities through coaching and one-on-ones

What You Bring

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership (retail, spa, fitness, salon, wellness, hospitality preferred)
• 5+ years of people leadership
• Proven ability to drive sales and coach teams to results
• Strong operational discipline, follow-through, and organization
• High integrity, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
