WHO YOU ARE
You’re a performance-focused marketing leader and hands-on creator who sees marketing as a powerful lever to drive revenue—not just awareness. You understand the full client journey—from attracting the right leads to converting them into paying clients to keeping them engaged and loyal over time.
You’re a thinker and a doer—comfortable building strategies, running analytics, and getting into the weeds designing digital ads, emails, landing pages, print materials, and more. You thrive in fast-paced environments, use data to drive every decision, and care deeply about crafting campaigns that deliver real business results.
You’ll own the entire marketing lifecycle—from strategy through execution—and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, client experience, and leadership to align goals, optimize execution, and drive growth.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record of driving client acquisition, retention, and revenue
- Strong background in omnichannel marketing: email, paid media, social, print, in-store, SMS, and digital
- Experience managing lead funnels, conversion journeys, and post-sale engagement campaigns
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Strong design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar
- Ability to write clear, compelling marketing copy for multiple formats
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills
- Data-driven mindset: strong grasp of KPIs like CPL, CPA, retention, and ROI
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep understanding of brand positioning, buyer psychology, and lifecycle marketing
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Marketing Manager, you’ll be the architect and driver behind all client-facing marketing efforts—owning the entire cycle from lead generation to conversion to retention. You’ll deliver measurable growth while maintaining brand consistency and supporting operational readiness across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Funnel Ownership
- Build and execute omnichannel marketing plans that drive lead generation, membership enrollment, and client retention
- Create a comprehensive content strategy that spans digital, in-store, and community campaigns
- Own the client journey from first touchpoint through long-term engagement, optimizing every step for conversion
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing priorities with company-wide sales and operational goals
Revenue-Driven Execution
- Build, deploy, and optimize paid media campaigns with clear ROI targets
- Design and manage all promotional materials: digital ads, emails, signage, web assets, landing pages, and more
- Create automated workflows and nurture sequences to move leads through the funnel
- Monitor campaign performance in real time and report on results, learnings, and adjustments
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with spa managers, the client experience team, and operations to operationalize campaigns and ensure flawless execution
- Support new location launches with tailored marketing strategies and asset development
- Align marketing messaging with frontline feedback to ensure relevance, clarity, and brand consistency
- Train internal teams as needed on marketing initiatives, campaign offers, and client communication

Compensation & Incentives
- $55,000–$65,000 salary
- + Incentive comp based on performance and campaign success

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Some weekend availability for events or campaign rollouts
Work Setting
- Office-based in Post Falls, ID
- Occasional travel to salon locations or local community events as needed
